Terms and Conditions

  1. By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our pricing, terms, and conditions. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
  2. All quotes are good for 30 days, as indicated on the quote.
  3. Payment is due when an appointment is made for you. We accept all major credit cards.
  4. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $45 charge made to your credit card.
  5. You are responsible for your career documents’ completeness and accuracy, and for proofreading. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies.
  6. All changes to resumes and career marketing documents must be made within 30 days of receiving the first draft. Should the length of any resume writing project exceed 30 days, additional charges may apply. Satisfaction is assumed upon acceptance of documents. After acceptance of a final draft, any changes will incur a new fee.
  7. We will provide you with electronic career documents in Microsoft Word, ASCII, and/or PDF forms. We cannot otherwise guarantee the compatibility of files with your system, or that documents will retain their original formatting features. We may keep electronic or paper copies of documents indefinitely.
  8. If you are currently employed and do not wish for your employer to know you’re updating your resume, we strongly advise against using a workplace email address, especially if you know your emails are monitored. If you choose to do so anyway, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may result.
  9. Due to the varying nature of computer word processing software and page alterations that can take place from computer to computer, based on printer and computer recognition, we can not guarantee that your documents will appear perfectly on every computer screen. While we take every step to ensure your satisfaction, some issues are beyond our control and will require you to make adjustments on your end to suit your software program and/or printer.
  10. We provide all resume and career marketing document clients with permanent storage, and pay for permanent, continuous remote backup. You, the client, acknowledge to hold us harmless in the event your documents are ever lost or damaged.
  11. Services are not refundable. We have no way to control the economy, job market, or your ability to implement any advice we provide. Therefore, we can not and do not guarantee, promise, or imply that using any of our services will result in employment, interviews, or desired career changes.
  12. We retain the copyright of all resumes and other client documents that we prepare or create. Content on this site is our exclusive property and is protected by law. We expressly reserve all rights related to our copyrights.
  13. The Abundant Success Coach, abundantsuccesscoach.com, Abundant Success Career Services, abundantsuccesscareerservices.com  and other marks indicated on our site are our trademarks or other intellectual property. Our trademarks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, slogans, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property are protected by law. Among other things, they may not be used (a) in connection with any product or service that is not ours, (b) in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or (c) in any manner that disparages or discredits us.
  14. We do not discriminate based on race, gender, age, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation.
  15. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  16. We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our Internet Web site and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by  of the site by our company. Use of any such linked Web site is at the user’s own risk.
